Joseph Brown Mwalugelo
Prior to joining Vital Signs, Joseph worked as a field assistant with Conservation International for the Vital Signs pilot project in 2010, which led to the establishment of Vital Signs Africa in 2012. In his capacity as Field Assistant during the pilot, Joseph focused on collection of biophysical data in different landscapes of Tanzania. He also worked as a part-time tutor at the National College of Tourism in Tanzania, and as a customer relations officer at Precision Air. He holds a Postgraduate diploma in Business Management and an Affiliated Masters in Business Administration from the London School of Commerce, United Kingdom, and he also has a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management from Sokoine University, Tanzania. He has a longtime interest in conservation of natural resources and sustainable development.
